Ground beef 1 can black bean soup 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed 1 c. chunky salsa (mild or hot according to taste) 11/3 c. water ¼ c. green onions, chopped ¼ c. sour cream Fresh cilantro sprigs In heavy soup pot, brown beef, stirring to break into small pieces. Drain. Stir in black bean soup, beans, water and salsa. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in green onion. Remove from heat; garnish with sour cream and cilantro. Serves 4
