Beef and Broccoli Casserole 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon celery salt 1 cup uncooked instant rice 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cream of celery soup ¾ cup water 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped 6 ounces sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese In skillet, brown ground beef and onion, drain. Combine next six ingredients with beef and onion mixture. Put broccoli in 13x9-inch baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 375º. Garnish with parsley if desired. Makes 6-8 servings.
