Beer Bread 3 cups self-rising flour 1 (12 oz.) bottle warm beer 1/3 cup sugar ½ tsp. salt Place all ingredients in medium size mixing bowl and mix well. Let dough rise about 30 minutes. Place in buttered bread load pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; pour ¼ cup melted butter over the top. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm.
