Branded Slaw 12 cups shredded cabbage 2 green peppers, shredded (about 1 ¼ cups) ¼ cup sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/8-teaspoon pepper 2/3-cup vinegar 1/3-cup salad oil Green pepper and pimiento strips Combine cabbage and shredded green pepper in large mixing bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients except green pepper and pimiento strips. Pour mixture over cabbage; toss to mix thoroughly. Place salad in bowl lined with cabbage leaves; garnish with green pepper and pimiento strips in shape of favorite cattle brand. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
