Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. ground sage ½ cup chopped fine onion 1. In a large mixing bowl combine the fresh ground chuck, salt, pepper, ketchup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, sage and ½ cup chopped onion. 2. Mix to combine well. Shape into 6 hamburger patties. 3. Preheat a large nonstick skillet to 340 degree F. Place the 6 hamburger patties in the preheated pan and cover with lid. Cook until lightly browned or until juices run clear, 6 to 8 minutes on each side, turning patties only once.
