Corn and Broccoli Scallop 1 teaspoon oil ¼ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 eggs 2 cans cream-style corn 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli (cooked 3 to 5 minutes) 1 ½ cup saltine cracker crumbs, rolled fine ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated Oil 9x13-inch casserole. Put corn in casserole; add broccoli, salt and pepper. Mix cracker crumbs and eggs and spread over broccoli. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
