Crescents 1 cup milk ½ cup sugar ½ cup butter ½ cup sour cream 2 tablespoons yeast ½ cup warm water 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons salt 2 cups flour 3 cups flour, approx. Combine milk, sugar, butter and sour cream in a saucepan and heat to 115°. Combine yeast and warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine milk and yeast mixture along with eggs, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat well on medium speed, gradually adding remaining flour to make medium-stiff dough. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Turn onto floured surface; knead 1 minute. Divide into 4 portions. Toll into 12-inch circle. Cut into 12 wedges. Toll up wide end to narrow end. Place in greased baking dish and let rise 40 to 45 minutes. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
