Earthquake Cake 1 cup coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 1 package German chocolate cake mix 3 ¾ cups powdered sugar 8 ounces cream cheese ½ cup butter Butter 9x12-inch cake pan. Spread the coconut and pecans over the pan. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package. Pour over the coconut and pecans. Whip cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Dollop it over the top of the cake batter. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes, until the middle is done.
