Easy Hamburger Soup 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup thinly sliced carrots 1 cup thinly sliced celery 2 large potatoes, cubed small 3-4 cups water 2 small cans V8 juice 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules 1 teaspoon dried basil salt and pepper to taste Brown ground beef, remove from skillet and drain. Add vegetables to drippings. Sauté until tender. Combine ground beef, vegetables, water and seasoning in 8-quart Dutch oven. Simmer 1 hour.
