Fab Corn Bread 1 cup cornmeal 1 tablespoon baking powder 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn 1 cup sour cream 2 eggs, beaten ½ cup vegetable oil Preheat oven to 375º. Combine cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar in bowl; mix well. Combine corn, sour cream, eggs and oil in large bowl; mix well. Add cornmeal mixture to sour cream mixture; mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
