French Burgers 3 Tbsp. butter 2 green onions, finely chopped ¼ lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 lb. lean ground beef ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. garlic salt 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 4-6 French rolls, split Melt butter in skillet; add onions and mushrooms and heat, stirring until coated. Remove from heat, all ground beef, salt, garlic, salt and cheeses. Pat beef mixture on each split roll. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until meat is well browned. (These burgers can be made several hours in advance and baked just before serving. A change from hamburgers and a hit will all ages.)
