Grilled Sweet Carrot Sticks 8 to 10 large carrots, pared 2 tablespoons butter or margarine ½ teaspoon salt Dash pepper ¼ cup brown sugar, packed Cut carrots into sticks. Place on double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil. Add butter, salt and pepper. Wrap securely in foil. Roast on medium coals 30 to 40 minutes or on grill 3 inches from hot coals 1 hour or until soft. Just before serving, sprinkle brown sugar over hot carrots. Yield: 6 servings.
