Hamburger Gravy 2 pounds ground beef 1 medium onion coarsely chopped salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup flour 1 ½ to 2 cups milk Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat in skillet. Drain well. Remove browned beef from skillet, set aside. Mix flour and milk together in small mixing bowl. Pour into same skillet, return to medium heat, stir until thickened. Add ground beef mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over toast, biscuits or mashed potatoes.
