Herb - Marinated Tenderloin Steak Mix together: 1 small onion diced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce ½ teaspoon diced Italian herbs pepper Place 1 to 2 pound tenderloin steak in shallow dish or plastic bag. Pour marinate over and marinate for 4 to 8 hours or overnight turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinate and broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side or broil to desired doneness. Slice thin. Serve with horseradish on rolls.
