Missi's Salad 
Mix together: 
12 ounces thawed cool whip 
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix 
1 cup buttermilk 
Add:
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained 
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained 
Just before serving add: 1/2 package fudge stripped cookies, broken into pieces
