No-Bake Turtle Cheesecake 1 prepared chocolate piecrust, 8-inch 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese softened 1½ cups milk ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 (3.4 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix ¼ cup chocolate fudge ice cream topping ½ cup pecans Carmel ice cream topping In large mixing bowl whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding mix. Mix until creamy smooth. Pour into prepared chocolate piecrust. Drizzle with chocolate fudge ice cream topping, swirl with tip of knife. Arrange pecans over top. Chill at least 3 hours. When ready to serve, cut into wedges and drizzle with Carmel topping.
