Quick Pan Rolls 1 box hot roll mix ½ cup wheat germ Yeast from foil package included in hot roll mix 2 tablespoons sugar 1¼ cup warm water (120º - 130º) 2 tablespoons oil 1 egg In a large mixing bowl add hot roll mix, wheat germ, yeast and sugar. Stir in water, oil and egg, mixing until soft dough forms. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Cover with bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. Divide into 15 equal pieces, shape into balls. Place into greased 9" x 13"-inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until double, about 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375º. In small bowl beat 1 egg with 1-tablespoon water, brush over rolls. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
