Rare ‘n” to Go Steak Appetizers ½ pound ground sirloin 1 egg 1 green onion, finely chopped ½ teaspoon salt 2 drops Tabasco Soft butter or margarine 5 slices bread Mix together ground beef, egg, onion, salt and Tabasco thoroughly. Butter one side of each bread slice. Cover unbuttered side of bread with meat mixture. Carefully spread butter on meat mixture. Place bread side down on grill 2 inches from medium coals. Grill 1 ½ minutes or until bread it toasted. Turn and grill 1 ½ minutes longer or until meat is done. Cut each bread slice into 9 bite size pieces with kitchen shears. Yield: 45 appetizers.
