Steak Fajitas ¾ lean flank steak 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoon chili powder ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon red pepper, ground 2 cups onion, sliced 1/3 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1/3 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced 1 tablespoon limejuice 4 flour tortillas ¼ cup sour cream Salsa Trim fat and slice steak very thin while still half frozen. Combine cumin, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, pepper, red pepper and steak strips in Ziploc bag. Shake well to cover the steak. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned steak strips, onions, green, red and yellow bell peppers. Sauté 6 minutes or until meat is done. Remove from heat and add limejuice. Heat tortilla; divide meat mixture between tortillas. Roll up and serve with sour cream and salsa.
