Stuffed Round Steak 1 1/2 pound round steak, tenderized 2 packages brown gravy mix 1/4 cup chopped onions 2 tablespoons shortening 2 cups bread cubes water In small skittle, sauté onion in shortening. Add bread cubes and a small amount of water to form a paste. Lay tenderized steak on floured board, spread bread cube filling on steak, season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll steak and tie with cooking string. In same skillet, brown rolled steak on all sides in small amount of shortening. Place browned steaks in casserole dish. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Pour gravy over steaks. Bake 2 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
