Tasty T-Bone Topper Diane Mahnke, Lusk, Wyoming 4 large T-bone steaks 2 red onion chunked (3 cups) 6 cloves chopped garlic 8 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch lengths 1 tsp. seasoned salt Prepare a foil packet with onions, bacon garlic and seasoned salt. Cook on the grill about 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Put on the top shelf of your grill. Grill steaks over hot coals until it is cooked as desired. (4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes per side for medium well.) Pour the onion mix on top of steaks before serving.
